Having dealt with chronic shoulder, neck, and upper back pain for the past 3-4 years, I wanted to try something outside of western medicine because physical therapy was not enough to deal with the pain. I appreciate that Katie asks a lot of questions to help figure out what other underlying issues there may be to determine the best treatment. My treatment has included acupuncture, electroacupuncture, cupping, and herbal medicine. I have had a fantastic experience and Katie’s treatments have helped me deal with all the discomfort. Kathryn was very thorough, thoughtful and listened patiently. Her acupuncture technique was fantastic! Needles were carefully gently applied.
